새해 복 많이 받으세요!

Sehe bok mani padeuseyo! That’s how they say happy new year in Korean. Literally translated, i think it means may you get lots of luck in the coming year… Or something like that.

So many things happened in 2011. It wasn’t all pleasant but definitely i don’t have any regrets… except for that one big lapse of judgement around summertime but oh well, 2011 was my crazy year of no cares. I’ve crossed out items on my bucket list, i had fun, i’ve learned from it and now it’s time for some stability and direction. Seriously, new year, new me!

With my nerdy glasses on, books on my arm, my favorite short full skirt and a smile, i give a curtsy to the new year. Oh and I say 새해 복 많이 받으세요! :) Yes, I picture my 2012 self as a Korean-speaking school girl :P
